Mr. Clark is a graduate of Ohio State University (B.A., 1970), and the University of Maryland School of Law (J.D., 1975). He was an Assistant State’s Attorney for Baltimore County (1975-80), and a member of the Baltimore County Board of Appeals (1990-94). Mr. Clark is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and a past president of the Baltimore County Bar Association. He has chaired the Baltimore County Bar Association’s Insurance Committee (1987), the Continuing Legal Education Committee (1991 and 1993), and The Long Range Planning Committee (1995). He serves on the Executive Committee of the Baltimore County Bar Association.   Mr. Clark has also been a Peer Review Panel member for the Attorney Grievance Commission. His areas of practice include civil litigation, business law, creditor’s rights law, zoning, development and land use. Reported cases include Joppa Sand and Gravel Corp. v. L.Epstein & Sons, Inc. 30 Md. App. 34, 382 A2d 1086. American Union of Baptists, Inc. v. Trustees of Particular Primitive Baptist Church at Black Rock, Inc. 98 Md. App. 10, 632 A2d 266 (1993) affm’d 335 Md 564, 644 A2d 1063 (1994) cert denied 513 US 1111, 115 SCt. 902, 130 L Ed 2d 785 (1995). Marriott v. Cole 115 Md. App. 493, 694 A2d 123 (1997). Mr. Clark is active in civil and community matters, formerly served as President of the Greater Towson Committee, Inc. and as a Trustee Emeritus of Samuel Ready Scholarships, Inc.
