Ms. Koetter is a graduate of Loyola College (B.A., cum laude, 1980) and the University of Maryland School of Law (J.D., 1985). Since joining the firm, she concentrates on residential and commercial loan transactions and real estate matters. Her real estate experience includes serving as vice president of the commercial division of a local title company and managing a large REO portfolio for a national company. Ms. Koetter is a member of the Maryland Bar Association, Commercial Real Estate Women (Crew – Baltimore).
