Mr. Clark is a graduate of Ohio State University
(B.A., 1970), and the University of Maryland School of Law
(J.D., 1975). He was an Assistant State's Attorney for Baltimore
County (1975-80), and a member of the Baltimore County Board
of Appeals (1990-94). Mr. Clark is a member of the Maryland
State and Baltimore County Bar Associations. He has chaired
the Baltimore County Bar Association's Insurance Committee
(1987), the Continuing Legal Education Committee (1991 and
1993), and The Long Range Planning Committee (1995). He serves
on the Executive Committee of the Baltimore County Bar Association. Mr.
Clark has also been a Peer Review Panel member for the Attorney
Grievance Commission. His areas of practice include civil litigation,
business law, creditor's rights law, zoning, development and
land use. Reported cases include Joppa Sand and Gravel Corp.
v. L.Epstein & Sons, Inc. 30 Md. App. 34, 382 A2d 1086.
