A Baltimore native and graduate of Towson
State University (B.S., 1977), Mr. Glushakow earned his law
degree at the University of Baltimore (J.D., 1983). After serving
for four years as the law clerk to the General Equity Master
for the Circuit Court of Baltimore City, Mr. Glushakow joined
NOLAN, PLUMHOFF & WILLIAMS in December, 1983. Mr. Glushakow
concentrates on banking law, bankruptcy law, commercial litigation,
commercial loan closings, and real estate matters. Mr. Glushakow
is a member of the Commercial Law League of America and he
is a member of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys.
